Leadership and DEI
The co-CEOs and the Chief Administrative Officer all share accountability at the executive leadership level for creating a culture of inclusion, workforce diversity and equity at Corus. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team develops and implements the strategy and provides advice to business lines about business-specific issues related to DEI. The DEI team provides regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. The Human Resources and Governance Committee of the Board has oversight over DEI-related matters and receives regular updates on our progress.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council
The Corus Entertainment Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council (“DEI Council” or “Council”) is responsible for giving business-driven insight and advice on how we are living our DEI Mission and Vision. The DEI council will utilize the needs and goals of Corus to help build confidence in our DEI commitments.
